ABOUT THE ARTIST
A Canadian treasure, Alan Doyle has built an extraordinary career as a musician, songwriter, actor, producer, and author. Originally known as the lead singer and guitarist of the beloved folk-pop group Great Big Sea, Doyle has become one of Canada’s most celebrated live performers.
His latest album, Welcome Home, marks his fourth full-length solo studio album and 20th overall. The record showcases a more intimate side of Doyle, featuring nine original songs co-written with acclaimed artists including Jimmy Rankin, Donovan Woods, and Hollywood actor Oscar Isaac.
But it’s on stage where Doyle truly shines. Backed by his incredible band, he brings the energy, humour, warmth, and Newfoundland spirit that have made him a favourite with audiences across the country.

Mary Frances is an award-winning Canadian fiddler, vocalist, pianist, and step dancer whose music is rooted in Celtic tradition. The daughter of renowned musicians Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy, Mary Frances has performed more than 800 shows across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia, sharing the stage with artists including Yo-Yo Ma, Jerry Douglas, and Carlos Núñez. Her debut album, First Light , earned her the Canadian Folk Music Award for Young Performer of the Year. Blending a deep love of traditional music with a fresh, energetic style, Mary Frances is carving out a sound and career distinctly her own.
