HFA Refund Policy

Huntsville Festival of the Arts is a nonprofit organization. All purchases directly support our artists, programming, and community initiatives.

Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation.

  • Events may proceed rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • Changes to artists, schedules, venues, or programming do not qualify for a refund.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and offered one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A refund to the original method of payment

  • A credit toward a future event

  • The option to donate the ticket value

Third-party service fees may be non-refundable.

Memberships

  • All membership sales are final.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Membership benefits apply only to the named member and are valid for the stated membership period.

Exceptional Circumstances

Huntsville Festival of the Arts may consider exceptions in rare and exceptional circumstances at

its sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
