About the Festival: The Huntsville Festival of the Arts is thrilled to present the 4th annual Huntsville Festival of Music happening March 30th – April 1st, 2026.
Modelled on the Kiwanis Music Festival model, the Huntsville Festival of Music offers competitive and non-competitive classes in piano, voice and instrumental categories. It will culminate in a celebratory Concert of the Stars at Algonquin Theatre on April 22nd. The festival is open to participation from musicians of all ages, and we anticipate our fourth edition will involve over 120 participants and their families
Performance and Feedback: Participants at the festival will have the opportunity to perform their musical pieces and receive constructive feedback from experienced adjudicators. This feedback can be a significant learning experience for your students, helping them grow as musicians. The festival classes will take place in 2 locations in downtown Huntsville: Trinity United Church (33 Main St E) and the Algonquin Theatre (37 Main St E).
Showcase Concert: The festival culminates in a gala performance at The Algonquin Theatre on April 22nd. The event is designed to celebrate the wide variety of achievements and the wealth of talent among the young performers in Huntsville and the surrounding areas.
We encourage you to consider this fantastic opportunity for your students and your musical ensembles. It’s a chance for them to grow as musicians, gain exposure, and be part of a thriving musical community.
