Event Changes

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds unless required by law or stated otherwise.
4. Memberships
Membership Terms
Membership benefits, pricing, and duration are described on our website at the time of purchase.
Memberships are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
Benefits may change from season to season.
Renewals
Memberships may be offered as annual or fixed-term. Renewal reminders may be sent, but it is the member’s responsibility to renew if they wish to continue receiving benefits.

11. Force Majeure (Outdoor Events & Uncontrollable Circumstances)
Huntsville Festival of the Arts will not be liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).
For outdoor festivals and events, Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to:
Severe or unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat, wildfire smoke, or poor air quality
Natural disasters or environmental conditions that make events unsafe or impractical
Artist illness, injury, travel disruption, or other unavailability
Public health emergencies or advisories
Government orders, restrictions, or emergency measures
Power outages, infrastructure failures, or technical disruptions
Transportation interruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Huntsville Festival of the Arts reserves the right to modify, delay, pause, relocate, reschedule, or cancel an event in whole or in part in the interest of public safety.
Where applicable, ticket holders will be informed of available options, which may include a refund, credit, or ticket transfer, in accordance with our ticketing policies and applicable law. Decisions related to weather and safety may be made at any time before or during an event.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
